Officer Dick Downey's Pot Report
Method of Extraction: Avocado Oil, which is infused with cannabis extract. I do not know the method of extraction (e.g., C02, Butane, Ethanol, etc.) that was used to make the cannabis extract infused into this oil.
Form: Cannabis-infused Avocado Oil
NOTE: The label on this product explicitly reads that is a “RSO 1:1 Avocado Oil”. This reviewer does not believe this oil meets the definition of Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) for many reasons, but mainly because RSO does not contain any type of actual lipid oil as the base and it is not considered an infused oil. It is possible that the cannabis extract used is a RSO, thought that would be out of the norm. Instead, I think it is more accurate to define this product as a cannabis extract-infused oil; in this case, avocado oil.
Ingredients: From the package, it reads “extra virgin unfiltered avocado oil, medical cannabis extract.”

How to Measure Dosage: For this particular product, I simply used the guideline of 20mg THC & CBD per 1ml of Avocado oil (i.e., 100mg / 5). For detailed information on how to determine dosages with syringes, please see this quick reference.
Flavor Profile: The primary flavor was the high quality tasting avocado oil, and in the background was a mild cannabis flavor that was not at all off-putting, as is sometimes the case.
Effects: I have 2 cervical vertebrae fused. The day before getting this oil, I had tweaked my neck badly and was in significant pain - a perfect test for this oil. I ingested a little more than a 1ml dose, and the results for me were quite impressive. It addressed my severe discomfort better than 1,000mg of OTC ibuprophen and the relief was much more sustaining. I was surprised it was so effective on my throbbing neck and head.
As purely anecdotal evidence, I’ve personally spoken to patients who’ve found great relief from this product, from addressing nerve and body pain to anxiety and panic.
IMPORTANT: The effects, duration and peak times will vary from person to person, sometimes significantly. The effects described in this review will not necessarily always reflect the experiences of others. Please be responsible when using edibles. The #1 reason for a bad experience is being impatient and over-medicating. For more information, see About Edibles and How to Safely Consume Them.
Potency Scale for Experienced Imbibers:
Intensity at 1ml dosage –
Time Elapsed Before Any Onset of Effects: 15 minutes
If you let it linger in your mouth, you’ll experience some mild onset of effects as the meds absorb sublingually.
Effects Peaked at: 2 hours, 30 minutes
Duration of Effects: 4 hours
May Help With: Helped with significant cervical pain and pressure. May also help with body pain, PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, muscle pain (and more)
Surprisingly effective oil that many patients swear by for what ails them. PTS should consider making a stronger version with at least twice the potency for those of us who need higher regular doses. It would be a big hit.
